The finite analysis facility is used, in particular, to minimise stress
in structures which incorporate welded joints. The aluminium airframe is manufactured from 6082 T6 aircraft
alloy while the forks and rear undercarriage are manufactured from the extremely light ans strong 18MCDV6
- 25 CD4 alloy.
